HLTAPI Functions for configuring LACP are:
sth::emulation_lacp_config
: Enables, modifies, or disables an emulated Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) session
sth::emulation_lacp_control
: Starts or stops the LACP protocol on a port.
sth::emulation_lacp_info
: Gets or clears statistics about LACP session on the specified port
