iTest: How to avoid Error: Lib.Common.ixConfig.ixConfigError: Failed to load the repository while using IxLoad session

This issue will occur if we use wrong TCL interpreter in IxLoad session. Using the TCL interpreter that comes with Ixia installation will resolve this issue.
