Avalanche Next: Why there is an Overlapping of Graphics in App ID Test?

When Dragging Scenarios in Application ID test, it overlaps with the existing graphics or the alignment is not correct.

Answer

In order to troubleshoot, please follow the below steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Refresh the browser and if possible, clear the cache and re-launch the test.
  2. Check if you have the Java and browser updated.

If the above solution do not work then right click on the graphics and click on "Inspect Element" on chrome or Mozilla and then take a screen shot of it and open a case with support.
