Positioning Application: Is it possible to modify or resynchronise the scenario start time after the scenario is running?

Answer
No. You cannot change the scenario start time / time into run once the scenario has been armed
Scenario arming occurs prior to the scenario running
If the purpose of wanting to do this is related to needing to align the scenario time with some free-running, external reference, e.g. an external clock or live GNSS signals
