Spirent TestCenter: Virtual Controller (License Server) is not powering up.

Model - VCTL-2000A
- check AC/DC power adapter for green LED
  - no LED? Check wall outlet is supplying power.
- connect Monitor and keyboard and power on
  - the unit may not make a sound when powered on so need to connect monitor to see if it actually shows anything on the screen
  - if nothing on screen probably requires RMA, contact Spirent Support
    - support@spirent.com or 1-800-774-7368
