First, please disable User Access Control (UAC) on your PC, generally following these steps:

• Control Panel
• User Account and Family Settings
• Add/Remove User Accounts
• Go to Main User Account page
• Change User Account Control Setting
• Move the slider down to Never Notify (Note: regardless of the specific issue, this should always be in the Never Notify position)
• Reboot PC

Next, reattempt the UMetrix Data PC installation.  Make sure that you are using the latest installation file.  Please contact Support if you require the latest release, or if these steps do not resolve the issue.
