Answer If the AION cluster doesn't have any internet connectivity, you can download the AION products manually to another computer, and then upload them to the AION cluster. Please follow the steps below: On your computer web browser go to <your_domain>.spirentaion.com and sign in. Hit the AION Downloads button. Look for the product you want to download and click on the download button, e.g. CloudSure. After the download is completed, sign in to the AION cluster and hit the Product Manager. Go to Settings. Go to the Update/Install New Products button, browse for the file you just downloaded and it will be imported to the AION cluster. Go back to the Product Manager page, and hit the Deploy Products button.
