Objective/Summary This article provides the flow to successfully apply iTest patches from archive file in an environment without access to the Internet (offline). Environment/Versions Spirent iTest GUI, iTestRT/Velocity Agent and Network DevOps Agent Procedure Steps to install a patch with iTest GUI from zip file 1. Download zip archive from the iTest update site: http://itestupdates.spirent.com/archives/iTest-x.x.x.zip (ex : http://itestupdates.spirent.com/archives/iTest-7.2.3.zip is the link for patch 3 released for iTest 7.2 version) 2. Copy the zip file to a portable storage device like a 'thumb drive' 3. Unzip iTest_x.x.x.zip archive 4. Close all iTest instances if already opened      5. Install iTest using default installer settings (Current User, default install path) 6. Provide users full control on 'configuration' subdirectory 7. Remove read-only attribute from bundle.info file 8. Start iTest GUI version as administrator 9. On the Available Software Sites page, add file:///<path_to_unzipped_iTest_x.x.x_folder>/itest-aggr/build/final/ as Local update site 10. Update to the desired version (Main menu -> Help -> Check for updates) 11. After iTest restarts, use Project > Clean option Steps to install a patch with iTestRT/Velocity Agent and Network DevOps Agent 1.
