Key New Features

Advanced RU testing with channel emulation 

  • This release supports the Spirent Vertex® channel emulator, which provides close to live network testing for the RU. 

O-RU NR FDD Advanced Real World Fading test pack 

  • This test pack requires a Vertex channel emulator and enables you to perform O-RU 5G FDD performance testing with real world RF conditions. With this test pack, you can run all 3GPP defined 5G NR FDD fading profiles as well as customized fading to emulate the real world. 

O-RU NR TDD Advanced Real World Fading test pack 

  • This test pack requires a Vertex channel emulator and enables you to perform O-RU 5G TDD performance testing with real world RF conditions. With this test pack, you can run all 3GPP defined 5G NR TDD fading profiles as well as customized fading to emulate the real world.

KPI enhancement for RU performance 

  • Test Manager now provides BLER real-time plotting and PHY/MAC layer statistics for the test results.
