Assuming you know what the old/existing password is…
1. From the GUI menu, go to View/System Information.
2. Select or highlight the System Controller/IP, for which you wish to change the password for, then click on the 'Password'.
3. Follow the prompts, to go through the process of changing the password.
** If you don't know or remember the existing/old password, as it may have been set by the previous user, you can try to perform the Emergency Recovery procedure (Chapter 10, last section, in Hardware Manual… which can be accessed from the Help menu in the GUI). If this does not work you will need to RMA the unit so that our Repair folks can further assist.
