PSTN telephony supports supplementary services like Call Forward, Call Transfer, Call Pick, Automatic Dial Back and others. Does Abacus support the testing of these features?

Answer

Abacus supports the testing of CLASS like supplementary services based on RFC 5359. Following is list of feature testings that are supported by Abacus in software release 6.10 and afterwards.

Note that Abacus works as UA only.

The supplementary services testing supported are:-

*Call Hold

*Call Forwarding

*Transfer

*3-way Conference

*Automatic Redial

*Call Pickup

*Click to Dial/Call

*Call Park
