Spirent TestCenter: When I load my configuration, arbitrary ports show gray in GUI and the physical Xenpak link LED is red.
Answer
Symptom does not point to any specific port. The problem may occur on any MSA board with Xenpak.
The problem may occur on any MSA board with Xenpak personality modules. XFPs do not show this symptom.
The issue occurs with some optics so since there is an official published list of supported XENPAKs, we do ask our customers to use the current list of supported XENPAKs, as those are the ones we continue to validate from release to release.
