Yes, Abacus supports multiple users to access the same system controller. However, there are some restrictions on this:-
1. All users must use the same software version.
2. The call generation cards are not shared. Each user must have different cards, and they can not be shared with any other users.
3. For PSTN cards (XCG,ECG, PCG, OCG and TCG), maximum 2 users are allowed. No restriction on ICG card.
