Yes. Calls can be made between channels on the same port, however, a DUT is required in between the channels. Example, channel_1, needs to be connected to a Teltone box (via breakout patch/box) in order to be able to call channel_2 (which is also connected to the same Teltone box, via breakout patch/box).
