For 3G test cases you need MDTTM-DATA-HSPA-SW (entered in Test Manager)

You should also ensure that AirAccess has the following option licensed:

8100-CFG-WCDMA (AAWCDMA-HS-TRX1-SW)

8100- CFG-HSDPA (AAWCDMA-HS-DPA-SW)

8100- CFG-HSUPA (AAWCDMA-HS-UPA-SW)

8100- CFG-HSPA-CIPHERING (AAWCDMA-HS-CIPHERING-SW)
