How to set PLTS/ULTS OTA router in Dummy mode

If you want to set OTA router in dummy mode either for PLTS or ULTS, you should do following step to set properly to the registry.

1, Set OTS Router in Dummy mode, make sure you set the field is "DummyRun"=dword:00000001".
2, Disable OTS Router Dummy mode, make sure you set the field is "DummyRun"=dword:00000000".
 
After you apply the change, you should restart OTA router and PLTS/ULTS.
