When configured as a PRI exchange, Abacus will return an answer (Connect) signal immediately when it has sufficient information to terminate the call. There is no way users can delay the happening this event.
On the other hand, if users configure their system as PRI-Subscriber, then this is possible. User may go to the Channels --> Terminate Subs --> Go Off Hook section to configure the time delay for the off hook of the terminating subscriber. This will translate into a delay in the sending of the answer signal (Connect) to the originating side.
