SmartBits: Why some connection issue between SmartBits and Personal Computer?

If you have problem with connection between Personal Computer and SmartBits, you can follow the following steps for trouble shooting.

  1. confirm if the connections setup IP address & TCP port is 16385.
  2. connect SmartBits directly without any network devices, to clarify if it is network issue.
  3. setup the SmartBits port to 10M half duplex.
  4. try on another Personal Computer which is known works fine with other SmartBits.
