Under Security in Internet Options - In Internet Zone, then click Custom Level. The setting: Scripting of java applets was disabled. With it enabled problem does not occur.
This was on Internet Zone because the user was using the IP address to run the Web-GUI.
Before we found this, we found if it used the full DNS name for the URL it did not have the problem, because the Local Intranet Zone (which the server is in) Security’s setting had the Scripting of Java enabled. Which is also why he didn’t see the problem on the other STC Live servers, for those he was already using the full DNS name.
