The problem has to do with the ports being used.
As stated in the 3.90 release notes, "On EDM2001 and EDM2003 modules you must use the first port of each port group in any test. Example port group 1 consists of physical ports 1 and 2, physical port 1 must be active in the test.
If you are using a different version, please confirm this applies by checking the relevant release notes.
