For the back to back test with Dynamic Gb between UMTS test case and SGSN Node, you need to configure at minimum, 2 endpoints. The reason being that the first endpoint is used exclusively for the SNS config messaging. The 2nd endpoint does the normal call establishment. So this is working as designed.
