How do I configure Iu/Gb Flex with consecutive or non-consecutive IP Addresses in UMTS test case on Landslide?

Answer

Currently, we support Iu/Gb Flex with consecutive IP Addresses on UMTS test case, which is the standard way we do it on Landslide.

The Iu Flex feature is enabled by configuring the "Num SGSNs" field in the Control/Target Control Nodes. The user can provision this field in each node up to a Maximum value of 5. The MNs will be assigned in a round robin fashion to each SGSN. So to check if you have this feature, just see if the "Num SGSNs" field is in the control/Target Control Node tab.
On the other hand, we also have a solution for IuFlex and GbFlex with non-consecutive IP addresses, we are able to add Test Data File to achieve this feature, the test data files being used to provide the non-consecutive IP addresses and dpc.
Attachment is samples of the test data files being used to provide the non-consecutive IP addresses and dpc. These are configured in the Iu-PS->M3UA tab and Gb->NS tab.
