How can I resolve error message ' Error while checking out license for feature xxx , Can't Connect to License Server ' when run TTWorkbench for SUPL 2.0 test?

If you are sure the license is OK,

this error should caused by mismatch of PC name and License file.

you can change your PC name following license file.

You will find the correct PC name in C:\Program Files\ Spirent Communications\ Test ULTS\ TTWorkbench express\license.dat
