When you config a stream. do follow action, we will meet this issue on 3.95, but 3.90 is ok.
1. start traffic on all ports 2. stop traffic from click single stream 3. then we cannot click "start traffic on all ports" button to start traffic.
This issue with 3.95 is caused by IL generator running state notification messaging not sent to BLL properly.
This issue has been fixed in 4.0.
