If you got the right code from Spirent, probably there is a conflict of option due to the activation of temporary license before.
The way to resolve it is simple. Just get to the the Abacus installed folder to see if there is a subfolder by the name of "licenses". Open the subfolder. If you find there are files with abalic file type, this means you have temporary licenses before. Delete the files and retry the permanent license activation process.
Note that if you have multiple versions of Abacus installed in your PC, be sure to do the same for all versions of Abacus software.
