If you run 2 scripts one after another in the same TCL shell, you will get the following error:
WARNING: Dispatcher::startClient failed: Failed to initialize Client test
CR# 196454491 was filed for this issue and was addressed in the 4.10 release under the new API. Note that as the fix is only in the new API, TCL scripts using the old API must be rewritten to use the new API in order to take advantage of this fix.
Note: We strongly recommend that you run your scripts in separate TCL shells, instead of running several tests or the same test several times in the same TCL shell.
