Spirent TestCenter: EDM-2003B ports are not seen by the Spirent TestCenter GUI.

  1. Reboot port group
  2. Reboot card
  3. Reboot chassis
  4. Swap card slots
  5. Make sure all power supplies are connected and in working condition with green lights.


For further technical assistance, send an email to Spirent Technical Support (support@spirent.com) and provide the following information :

  • Software version
  • Serial number of card with ports not displayed
  • What the status is on the lights for the faulty card
  • Provide the .BLL and chassis log 
  • Your complete shipping address
