Voice Pattern Matching requires an option to run. Abacus will output a compilation error if the test requires this feature but the option is not enabled.
Customers are advised to:
1. Go to the GUI --> System Information --> Option window to see if there is a check mark on the option "voice pattern matching";
2. If they don't see the check mark, they should contact their Spirent Account Representative to purchase this option.
3. If there is a check mark, they should contact the Technical Support.
