When Abacus is waiting a dial tone from DUT, but did not detect it, it will report this error. There are several suggestions to resolve this issue.
1. Check the dial tone from DUT and set Abacus detection configuration in SUT/Call Progress/dial tone, there shows dial tone frequences and on/off time
2. Modify Abacus detect threshold to -29dBm
3. If above two don't take effect, then use Monitor/Media monitor and save wav file, check if Abacus has received dial tone and its frequency and on/off time.
