Spirent TestCenter: How to have rates (FPS, BPS, bps, etc…) saved in Spirent TestCenter Results Reporter table?

Answer
  • Rates are not saved in the DB.
    • If you want a record of the rates use a chart; the chart will appear in the DB.
    • If you save a results view from the Application is will include the most current rates.
  • If you are using RFC test results and want to include rates then please refer the attached sample Template.
    • Place the template in the  Result Reporter Template folder
      • C:\Program Files (x86)\Spirent Communications\Spirent TestCenter 3.90\Spirent TestCenter Application\Results Reporter\templates​​​​​​​
    • Check the Test summary table
      • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Edit using Template Editor and check the added fields Tx rate and Rx Rate
