Why am I unable to create on Spirent TestCenter a bound stream block from device MC Transmitter to configured Multicast Group where destination does not show the MC group ?

Test is done on build BLL4.15.0756/IL4.15.0756

* Load tcc file

* Try wizard to create traffic offline

* Relocate to ports

* Try wizard to create traffic online, multicast address are all selectable.

Solved in version 4.15
