Upgrade/Downgrade the TAS Manager taking into account potential database version changes, follow the steps below:
Stop the TAS
Restore the TAS to a backup compatible with the target release.
Upgrade/Downgrade the TAS to target release using the .upg load
Install the new license
Start the TAS
#3,4, and 5 are standard part of the upgrade wizard, you can skip the backup step when downgrading if you just restored.
