Spirent TestCenter, why interface MTU must the same between STC and DUT in OSPF DBD packet?

Answer
OSPF checks whether neighbors are using the same MTU on a common interface.
This check is performed when neighbors exchange Database Descriptor (DBD) packets.
If the interface MTU is not match, OSPF will stay "ExStart" status always.
