Answer

Amazon EC2 is not officially supported.
Note : If Amazon EC2 supports CentOS 5.4/5.9/6.5 32-bit or 64-bit and Fedora 10 32-bit and 64-bit and the instance created in Amazon EC2 is able to reach the Licence Server then it might work.
