iTest Lab Optimizer
1. Login to console using your credentials, by default the credentials are root/admin
2. Type the command /local/conftool/gen-diag-bundle.pl --debug
or
/local/conftool/gen-diag-bundle.pl --debug --db
3. Now it generates a diagnostic bundle in "diag-bundle.tar.gz" in tmp directory.
To download the diagnostic bundle , better use winscp software(open source).
