Spirent iTest
In iTest GUI just right click on the test case and select the steps as:
Export->iTest->Documents as HTML or Text & select style sheet as default_style_detailed_info
It will generate as HTML and same HTML page you can open from general browser outside too.
Note:
Test case can be exported to outside in 4 styles and the styles are defined in /resources/test_case_templates.
We can edit the current available XSLT or create your own types and make a use of that by selecting from the drop down list while exporting.
