What can I do if I have a question about my Spirent product?


Spirent offers a wide variety of hardware and software solutions, each with numerous features and functionality. If you have a question or want to learn more, try these suggestions:

  1. From inside your Spirent software application, press the F1 key on your keyboard to access context-sensitive help
  2. Check the help menu on your Spirent software to access general product details and help
  3. Search the Knowledge Base (KB) in the Customer Service Center (CSC)
  4. Ask your question on the Spirent Forums at
  5. Browse Training on the Spirent KB
  6. Ask your Spirent Representative
  7. Open a Service Request on the CSC
