Environment/Versions  iTest Answer iTest web session captures the pop-ups in the form of alerts/confirmations that appears during web automation. The actions performed on these alerts are not included in the test case (as steps), it would perform the required actions while replaying the test cases. But, we print the information on the pop-ups in the response view using the listPrompts command by manually adding it in the test case. If the pop-ups are appeared to be the new window where we need perform some actions like setText or submit form, then iTest will capture it as a new window and performs the action on it.
