CDMA AAC2K - apply to all the versions

It's not allowed to modify .tcf test configuration files via Text Editor tools e.g. Notepad++. Because this kind of tool may damage .tcf files, as a result AAC2K cannot open it anymore.

The correct way to modify .tcf files is:

1. Click File - Recall Test Configuration... to choose the .tcf file to be modified. You should see "Test configuration file xxx.tcf recalled" test result on AAC2K GUI, which means recall procedure succeeds.
2. Modify the settings on AAC2K GUI. When complete, click File - Save Test Configuration... and select a place to save the changed file. You should see "Test configuration file xxx.tcf saved" test result on AAC2K GUI, which means save procedure succeeds.
3. Next time when we recall the saved .tcf file in Step #2, we can see the changes.
