Spirent TestCenter: Is there a way to make changes to the next used IPv4 address persistent across invocations of the Spirent TestCenter GUI?

  • Spirent TestCenter 4.31 and up

Yes, you can via the "User Defaults Manager...".

  • Tools menu --> "User Defaults Manager..."
  • Expand "Device"
  • Select "IPv4 Address"
     
  • Click "Add"
  • Edit the value of "User Default"
  • Click "OK"
  • The new default value will be immediately used.
