Tech X Flex NG: How to I connect the flex via admin Wi-Fi Remote control?.

From system F4 Menu

  • Select
1: Wi-Fi Admin Port   (To set up admin port via Wi-Fi)
  • Select
0: Scan   (To get search for the SSID of the Wi-Fi signal of the router you will be connecting via Wi-Fi)
  • Select or Highlight the SSID you are connecting to and hit Enter. You will see 3 pages 1,2 and 3. Go to page 2 and enter "KEY TYPE” as Hex or PASSPHRASE and enter “KEY” which will be the password or code.
  • Go to Page 3 and verify “TYPE” = “DHCP” and hit start
  • Wi-Fi Admin Port page will be displayed with IP Address Information
Type = DHCP
IP Address = 192.168.4.7
Mask = 255.255.255.0
Gateway = 192.168.4.1
DNS1= 192.168.4.1
DNS2= 204.127.203.223
  • From here you can connect your Tablet or mobile device via Wi-fi to the same router and using VNC using the IP information, connect remotely and see the Flex on your Tablet or PC.
