Answer
The gravitational constant is slightly different between the GPS WGS-84 model and China Co-ordinate system 2000 (CGCS2000) therefore the trajectory will be different
The earth's rotation is subtly different between the two models
This means the longitude of ascending node is different, meaning the relative positioning on earth will be different
