Here’s what happens when a module isn’t carefully mated with the ACC-2017A or ACC-2018A card carriers.

  • A card carrier-side connector block with a bent pin


...causes….

  • the module-side connector block to get mashed in

....which causes….

  • modules to not boot and is indicated on the faceplate with a solid red Status LED.
