iTest: Unable to run the iTest test cases from HPALM server 11.52

Environment/Versions
  • Spirent iTest v4.4
  • HPALM server v11.52
Answer

We could resolve this issue by following the below steps.

  • From the QC test lab, select the test case and click on the script tab.  The path back to the iTest script should be listed.  Verify the path and script.
  • From iTest, republish the test case into QC.
  • From the QC test set, delete and re-add the test case(s).
