Avalanche: Why the MANIFEST file is downloaded once per video play in DASH streaming?

Answer
The following are the limitations of DASH in the current Avalanche:
Initialization Segment,Bitstream Switching Segment, and Index Segment will only be downloaded once in one representation.
Segments including Media Segment, Initialization Segment, Index Segment, and Bitstream Switching Segment will not be parsed.
Sub-representation is not supported.
Content protection is not supported.
Remote elements referenced by xlink:href attributes are ignored.
