Yes, beginning version 4.47 MPLS L2/L3 VPN, MVPN, and 6PE/6VPE all support Segment Routing. Segment Routing doesn’t require LDP for the transport tunnel as it uses IGP for the label advertisement so there is no need for LDP anymore. The core (top) label will now be sent to all the routers in the IGP domain via link state protocols (OSPF or IS-IS). You still need MP-BGP to advertise the VPN (bottom) label.
