Positioning Application, IEEE String Send Utility: Why can't I load a scenario using the IEEE string send Utility?

The IEEE string send utility is used to communicate directly to hardware
To load a scenario with a remote command you need to communicate with the software
This can be achieved using the Socket String Send Utility located in the PosApp/SimGEN directory
