Change the "RTV_PERCENT_FRAME_FORMAT" setting as follows:
To use Scientific Notation set:
RTV_PERCENT_FRAME_FORMAT=Scientific_Notation
To use Decimal set:
RTV_PERCENT_FRAME_FORMAT=Decimal
Example of difference:
Scientific_Notation - Example: 2.470E-1 Decimal - Example: 0.247
