VR5:CRITICAL DSPB Other Error: 0x0B

During bootup, there will be an error saying that : CRITICAL DSPB Other Error: 0x0B
When this error happens, following logs are needed for spirent personnel to analyze the root cause:
1, Bootup.log file from desktop, copy this file to USB drive and sent it to spirent support
2, Logfile.log under D:/FTPRoot/Spirent/VR5/Log.
3, Get VR5hardwareInfo.csv file from VR5 GUI->Hardware Information->Save to file.
