TECH X FLEX NG: Why am I receiving warning message about enterprise ID when upgrading the Tech X Flex?

  • Version 6.42.05 and later
  • The upgrade may ask you to confirm that the same user is using the meter. There is a release that Verizon specified, that once you upgrade to that release and you don’t have your enterprise ID in, it will lock you out the meter. In this case,  you will need to have your enterprise ID readily available to enter it in along with your user information to unlock and use the meter.
